Mr Ali Sultan will be spearheading the formal quality assurance processes across all service offerings. He reports to the Globital board directly, reporting on: auditing operational processes and offering recommendations for improvement in quality control processes to the Directors of Operations.

Mr Sultan comes on-board, well-qualified and able to head quality control compliance at Digital Resellers Australia. His wealth of experience and postgraduate degrees include a Masters in Information Technology.
