Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is a tool that you can now offer your clients to help them to improve the performance of their website. It can help solve any of the above listed problems by analysing data and creating a recommended course of action.
The CRO process is six months long. It starts with several months of benchmarking and looking at website data and analytics to see if there are any shortfalls or room for improvement.
It then creates a list of recommendations for your client that they can either complete themselves or use your services to do.
Once this is complete there are several months of monitoring. The cycle comes to an end with a comprehensive progress report being drawn up for your client to show them how far their website has come in terms of performance and meeting goals. Your client can then either stop the CRO process or, and we encourage this, keep repeating it so that their website remains on top of its game in what is a highly competitive and constantly changing industry.
